| The project management performance evaluation is intended to systematically evaluate deviations during the construction process,to identify various problems,and to help project managers to adjust the project plan and improve the construction conditions early.Currently in China,multiple project management is in its infancy,its performance evaluation system is still to be improved.Practical application is obstructed by absence of pertinency and practicability caused by vague theoretical research,limitations of post-project evaluation,and lack of division among various fields,progress and participants in different projects.All above is against its original purpose and makes the project management performance evaluation an empty talk.Municipal drainage auxiliary project,as a branch of municipal drainage engineering,carries the important task of urban infrastructure construction and its construction level is closely related to people’s daily life.Due to its feature of multiproject management,tight construction period,strictly-controlled construction sites,much concealed work,safety construction requirement,and its wide and deep involvement in post operations,many issues may arise practically in safety.Therefore,the relevant authorities are expected to employ modern project management means,to seek feasible performance evaluation method,to exercise their function of proper supervision and regulation,and to provide reliable guidance for municipal drainage auxiliary projects.This paper analyzes the main problems of municipal drainage auxiliary projects management in Nowadays China,and accordingly from the governmental perspective develops the performance index system of municipal drainage auxiliary project management process.Based on this index system,it performs in-depth management process performance evaluation analysis on three municipal drainage auxiliary projects constructed in Tianjin in 2015.The aim is to improve the management level of municipal drainage auxiliary project and to ensure the healthy operation of municipal drainage system. |
