With the high-speed development of urbanization in our country,the building energy consumption is increases rapidly.According to statistics,in 2013 the building energy consumption of our country is up to 750 million tons standard coal,which is 19.5% of the sum of society energy consumption.Although the public buildings' area proportion is small,but the public buildings' energy consumption is several times more than other types buildings.The most important reason is the low level of the public buildings' operational performance currently.In China,there lacks relevant study of operational performance,therefore,the research work in this thesis focuses on the energy efficiency operational performance evaluation and system optimization.Through the research,summarizes the experiences and problems of the public building operation process,and feedback to guide the public building energy saving operation.The achievements of the domestic and foreign scholars on public building operation performance evaluation,operation fault diagnosis,system adjustment and so on has been summarized in this paper.And a comprehensive systematic public building performance evaluation and system optimization method has been given.Furthermore take the actual case to verify the feasibility and rationality of the method system.The main research contents and results include the following aspects:1.Summarized and analysis the process of public building energy efficiency performance evaluation and system optimization,and established a complete evaluation and optimization system.2.The evaluation method of energy consumption,system performance and equipment performance is studied.And established the data oriented operational performance evaluation index system,which provides the basis for testing and analysis building system situation.3.Taken Top-down troubleshooting method to diagnose and debug the faults in system and equipment operation process.Then confirm reasonable operating parameters.Finally,adjust all the systems together to meet the design requirements.4.It takes a typical case to test the method system.The unreasonable iterms in the building operation were found out with the method system.It verified the feasibility and rationality of the method system.5.Finally,the conclusion of the paper was carried on the induction,and the shortage of the research in this paper have been pointed out to make suggestions for further study.
