Study On Protection And Renewal Of Outer Space In Changchun Old Industrial

The development in any city is facing the transformation,renewal and sustainable development issues,especially to today’s society with rapid development of accelerating the pace of city construction.And as one of the main functions of city living carrier in residential area,it will appear material consumption reduction,functional decline,environmental degradation,economic depreciation the phenomenon due to the prolonged time.It also causes "comprehensive aging" because of living standards and upgrading the material and spiritual factors.In this situation,how to protect,update and reuse these valuable buildings and residential areas is not only of great historical significance,but also the realistic problems in the development of cities.In this paper,the writer takes the FAW Changchun old industrial district as the research object.The paper is on the basis of investigation and analysis of a large amount of data collected.First,put the old industrial district Changchun city clear positioning and expounds the necessity of the transformation and renewal of old industrial district as a theoretical basis for the paper.Then from the objective point of view of the existing problems of the old industrial blocks in the existing problems,the writer analyzes to find out the causes of the problem.Next through to the outer space of the old industrial city blocks Changchun,the writer studies in morphology,distribution,characteristics and evolution process and combines with the related research at home and abroad to make further analysis on the problems of the old industrial city and makes it as the basis of Changchun block transformation and updating.In view of the historical and cultural characteristics of the old industrial blocks in Changchun and the different situations,the author gives some constructive suggestions and strategies.This paper discusses from several angles,such as block protection theory research,construction and development of city and industrial blocks renewal of old industrial districts.The paper explicates some methods and principles of protection and renewal of the outer space.It expounds the solutions of existing problems in the old industrial district Changchun city.It summarizes some updated methods and ideas,which from a single residential renovation,urban design,city planning,construction management and other aspects of sustainable development and renewal from the perspective of the overall development,for some of the old industrial district to protect the FAW.And make this point as the final results of this paper.The writer expects to put new vitality into the city of the old industrial district overall development in the meantime updating the old industrial district overall image and improving the residents quality of life,keeping the living environment of outer space and sustainable development.
