A Preliminary Study On The Exterior Space Design Of Agricultural-resettled Residential Areas In The Context Of Post-productionism

At present,China has reached the middle stage of rapid urbanization.Under this background,agricultural production is gradually developing towards intensification,entralization and specialization,which will herald the evolution from productivism to post-productivism.At the same time,the author also focuses on such a special group,the land-lost farmers,and this group is often to be caught in a dilemma,that is,they can’t go back to the countryside or into the cities.Nowadays,they face triple pressures: lost land becomes laid-off workers,so they worry about economic income.Go to town to be different,and then struggle with identity.If they go upstairs and lose freedom,they become obsessed with your habits.Those residential areas that are modeled after urban residential areas can be greatly improved in terms of living hardware conditions,but their habits developed over the years make it difficult for them to adapt to the spatial structure of urban residential areas.The function of the exterior space of residential area is mainly to serve as the main space for residents’ daily activities.Due to the requirement of high plot ratio planning,it has more innovative possibilities compared with other house type designs,so it is expected to solve the triple pressure of land-lost farmers through this.To solve such problems,based on the experience of resettlement cases at home and abroad,as well as the theoretical study of post-productivism,the author further proposed the concept of resettlement residential area suitable for agriculture,so as to better explore the way suitable for agriculture of the exterior space of resettlement residential area.Based on the research and learning of a series of practice cases suitable for agriculture,the author concludes that the design objectives suitable for agriculture for the exterior space of residential area are: production,market and continuous.By visiting and investigating six resettlement residential areas in Qingdao,at the same time,the Maslow demand levels of land-lost farmers were summarized through the status quo and questionnaires:The emotional needs of rural nostalgia(site needs and planting needs),the value needs of identity(sense of achievement and sense of belonging),and the career development needs of reemployment provide the objective basis for the suitability of the exterior space for agriculture.Based on the above more fully studied,and the four principles,respectively is the original genuine,diversity,participatory,sustainability,and in view of the planning layout,traffic organization,green landscape,monomer building four aspects are given based on the exterior space of production after optimal design strategy,at the same time,with hidden Tangun Mount resettlement residential area as an example,carries on the practice application to test the rationality and feasibility of the strategy.
