Study On Risk Management And Countermeasures Of The Wagon Inspecting Operation Quality

It is well known that safety risk management has applied in railway for several years,and the on-site technical personnel are not skillful to using the risk management theories.At present,the wagon inspecting quality still has certain potential hazards which urgently need to find out with management theories through the research of risk identification,risk analysis,risk assessment.In this paper,firstly,the development history of the risk management at home and abroad has been introduced.Secondly,the status of safety risk management on wagon inspecting quality in our country has been investigated,so as to clearly put forward the current risk events in wagon inspecting quality.Furthermore,the possibility and key importance for risk events have been quantitatively analyzed by application of fault tree method.As a result the best preventive measures can be put forward.Then,according to risk matrix method,the risk events of wagon inspecting quality have been are divided into three level i.e.,high,medium and low,so that the risk events can be assessed qualitatively.At the same time,combining with the actual situation,from the aspects of personnel,equipment,management and environment square,various specific measures for preventing the risk of inspecting quality are been detailed.Finally,dynamic management solution for controlling the risk of wagon inspecting quality has been developed with hierarchical analysis.An example has been given by applying the solution in a wagon inspecting workshop,including the establishment of a column early warning indicators as well as the risk early-warming.It is wished that paper can provide foundational support for achieving the planned safety goals,promoting production safety,using the finite resource reasonably and efficiently.
