Water conservancy and hydropower project on the basis of the requirements are very high,need certain processing based on the natural,in order to make it reach the design standard requirement in seepage prevention of foundation,foundation bearing capacity,stability and durability,the foundation grouting treatment is one of the most commonly used processing method in water conservancy and hydropower engineering.Foundation grouting engineering belong to take cover engineering,grouting quality advantages and disadvantages in the process of grouting quality problems difficult to quickly and directly to the monitoring,and the impact of grouting quality of many risk factors and dynamic changes.Therefore,the water conservancy and hydropower foundation grouting project there is a big risk of quality,to the construction of the project and the subsequent operation and management to bring greater security risks.How to predict and evaluate the quality risk of foundation grouting engineering,and to take effective strategies to prevent risks,has become an urgent problem to be solved.At present,the research on the dynamic management of the practical operation is almost a blank in the research of the quality risk of foundation grouting engineering.This paper studies the dynamic management for water conservancy and hydropower engineering quality risk grouting foundation.First by and related to the construction site personnel in-depth exchanges,access to a large number of relevant information and literature,sums up the literature related to the grouting quality risk research,system analysis,the cause of water conservancy and hydropower foundation grouting quality risk factors,and conduct research in the following aspects:(1)Identify risk factors.Analysis the risk recognition methods and risk recognition of foundation grouting quality characteristics,TBS-RBS a new risk factors for dynamic identification method is proposed,and this method combined with expert investigation method on the basis of water conservancy and hydropower grouting quality risk factors were identified.(2)Establishing the evaluation model for dynamic prediction.Analysis and comparison of the dynamic evaluation on risk management theory and method is established based on Dynamic Bayesian network risk dynamic evaluation model,it is proposed to use the Netica software dynamic Bayesian network model simulation method and steps.Analytical reasoning the basic principle of dynamic Bayesian network structure,then the dynamic Bayesian network is applied to water conservancy and hydropower foundation grouting engineering quality risk prediction and assessment,through the identification of risk factors to establish Bayesian Causal Network,then the probability table input to build water conservancy and hydropower foundation grouting quality of Bayesian network,the along the time axis expansion form a dynamic Bayesian network evaluation model,the basis of water conservancy and hydropower grouting engineering quality risk dynamic evaluation model and the dynamic of risks to the quality of water conservancy and hydropower foundation grouting were forecast evaluation.(3)Analyzed and summarized the common risk coping strategies,and put forward the general process of grouting for water resources and hydropower engineering based dynamic quality risk response.Finally,will assess the basis of water conservancy and hydropower grouting engineering quality risk identification method and foundation grouting quality risk dynamic Bayesian network prediction model applied to in Centianhe reservoir expansion of the dam foundation grouting engineering,largely in line with the model for the assessment of simulation results and the actual size of the risk and dynamic fluctuations to verify the model of the rational,efficient.
