The Study On Strategy And Method Of Production-city Integration

Currently most of our industrial parks in the development process showed the phenomenon of Production-city separation,irrational industrial structure,scattered industrial layout,functional structure backward,blind land development and other issues show out step by step to the fore,leading to economic development bottleneck,industry lags behind the industrial area inadequate facilities,industrial areas sprawl,one-sided pursuit of urbanization,severely limiting the further development of China's industrial park.China's industrial parks are at the background of gradually moving to the mature period,the pure "industrial parks" model gradually begins changing to a higher degree of a composite 'industrial town' model.How to solve the collision of "industrial" and "city",avoiding the city's disease from spreading,has become important at different times and in different regions,and different types of industrial parks face the same issue.In recent years,in the background that the development of China's industrial parks shows severe Production-city separation problems,the concept of "Production-city integration" is attracting widespread attention.But in practice the unclear thrust,inappropriate measures makes it difficult to achieve the desired planning result.In theory,although Production-city integration has been mentioned for years,in the specific definition,connotation grasp,there is still a lack of finishing elements.Currently,Production-city integration is in a state of "strong in theory abroad,strong in practice in China".Production-city integration is related to many foreign theories such as industrial agglomeration theory,growth pole theory,mixed-land theory and jobshousing balance theory.Therefore,the theory of integrated multidisciplinary research is very helpful to grasp the maintain idea and feature relationships of Production-city integration,promoting the improvement of the theory and showing a clear direction for development of Production-city integration.This article is committed to taking the industrial parks in transition development period as research object,in order to correctly grasp the theoretical basis of the connotation of Production-city integration theory.Through the relevant theoretical research,summarize the basic elements of Production-city integration theory,and study the relationship between the basic elements.Then show the practice of Production-city integration theory in Xining Beichuan Industrial Park,and though the example,describe the characteristics of the industrial parks' development,especially make a detailed analysis and research in the ones in the period of growth with the urgent need of upgrading and restructuring of the industrial park case.Finally based on Production-city integration theory,propose the specific planning strategies and methods for the industrial parks' development,providing guidance on the construction of new towns,optimizing the urban outskirts,improving the urban edge functional structure and other issues.
