Gear transmission systems are one of key components in mechanical system for locomotive.Due to harsh operation environment including high speed,heavy load,heavy dust,the gear systems of railway locomotive are prone to damage and hence are recognized as the most vulnerable part.In the case of gear engagement,the vibration response characteristics of gear shaft system are different from those of single rotor system.The vibration performance is the interaction of bending and torsion instead of independence.The coupling vibration has a great influence on the whole system,if it is not considered,some information such as new mode coupling could be lost.Therefore,it is necessary to consider the coupling of gear rotor system from the aspect of the whole system.In this paper,taking the traction motor gear rotor system of a certain locomotive as a research object,the inherent characteristics and dynamic response characteristics of the whole system are analyzed and studied.The main research contents are as follows:Choosing the locomotive traction system of gear rotor motor as the research object,a full degree of freedom parallel shaft gear meshing dynamics model is established,considering the gear static transmission error,geometric eccentricity,gear input output torque and other factors.Because the gear coupling will affect the whole system,a two axis system model is established.And the modal analysis of the single axis and the whole system is done.According to the standards given in document[54],the unbalance response characteristics of the whole system under rated speed and different speed are studied.The dynamic response of the system is analyzed considering the static transfer error.The influence of static transmission error on response under rated speed is analyzed.Meantime,the influence of static transfer error on the response of the whole system is also analyzed.The dynamic response of the system is analyzed by establishing the dynamic equation of the gear eccentric system.In this paper,the dynamic characteristics of helical gear rotor system are studied.The dynamic response of the system is analyzed at different positions,and the dynamic response of the system is analyzed as the speed changes,the corresponding results of dynamic characteristics are obtained by a large number of numerical calculations.It provides a theoretical basis for further theoretical research and the design of gear motor rotor system of traction motor.
