Traffic core as the core of high-rise buildings, its design is good or bad, directly determines the use of high-rise residential value. Based on the new version of "Building Design Fire Code" in May 1,2015 the formal implementation of the practitioners of the relevant norms of the interpretation is not comprehensive, leading to high-rise residential traffic nuclear design update lag. Based on this realistic demand, this paper chooses the North China High-rise residential traffic core as the research object, combined with the relevant norms and practical engineering design, the economic analysis of the economic feasibility of the transport core, to explore the northern plate high-rise residential traffic nuclear design reasonable organization. In the first chapter, the author discusses the background, purpose and significance of the research, clarifies the scope of the study, and studies the practicality of the nuclear economy of the high-rise residential buildings in the north, based on the relevant national standards and norms. The second chapter, the use of field research, data collection and other methods, high-rise residential residents living status and psychological needs of the study, and through the interpretation of national standards and norms, found that the original residential residential nuclear design common problems for traffic The third chapter, elaborates the space composition and combination form of the board-type residential traffic core, and clarifies the design points of the constituent elements of the board, and satisfies the requirements of the transportation nuclear economy.Chapter 4 takes full account of the impact of traffic reconciliation on the planning area and the standard area use factor. The quantitative analysis of the nuclear space of the different types of high-rise residential buildings in the north is carried out to determine its size and characteristics. Chapter 5, whether the traffic core is to meet the norms under the premise of whether the market demand. Through the analysis of the users of the market and the standard of the evaluation of the households, and the inclusion of the residential standard layer in the expansion of the study, get detailed indicators. It is hoped that through the research of this paper, we will provide some experience to the construction practitioners in the north.
