A Study On The Evaluation Standard Of Chinese And Foreign Green Buildings

Into the twenty-first Century,the environment of human survival is facing a major threat,we began to look back on the past lifestyle,large-scale construction has become one of the main considerations.The construction industry has a larger proportion of the pollution of the environment,the loss of natural resources,therefore,stand in the global perspective,when the urgent thing is to develop green buildings.With regard to the sustainable development of green construction,green building evaluation system is in a pivotal position.Based on the domestic and foreign literature,this paper studies the green building evaluation system of the United States,Britain,Germany,Japan,Korea and singapore.This paper sums up the advantages and problems of green building evaluation system in our country,and lays a theoretical foundation for further promoting the development of green building.First of all,this paper expounds the development process and the present situation of the green building evaluation system in China and foreign countries.Then the United States LEED system,British BREEAM system,Germany's DGNB system,the Japanese system of CASBEE,Singapore Green Mark,South Korea's GBCC and China "evaluation standard for green building" in detail from the scope of the evaluation,evaluation content,evaluation method.Again,the United States LEED system and China's "green building evaluation criteria" as the core content,from the energy saving,site selection,water saving,material saving,indoor environment five aspects of comparison.Through the comparative analysis,it is found that the evaluation criteria of green building in China should be improved in the scope of assessment object,the accuracy of evaluation methods and the evaluation mechanism.Finally,with the green building rating project as an example,the use of "green building evaluation criteria" application analysis,intuitive understanding of the application of green building evaluation system.
