Precast concrete structure refers to concrete structure which regards the precast concrete component as the main force component,and is connected by assemble.It is a new type of structure in construction industry.The prefabricated building in line with Chinese "the thirteenth Five-Year Plan" and is in according with the requirement of building a conservation-minded friendly society raised by 18th CPC National Congress.It is a hot topic on construction industry and housing industry in recent years.The construction of prefabricated concrete structure mainly includes three stages:manufacture on prefabricated components?transportation and stacking of prefabricated components and its installation and connection.The hoisting of prefabricated components runs through the whole construction process of assembly structure in three stages and it is the central think of the construction process.The hoisting of prefabricated components includes the lifting during stripping lifting,overturning,lifting transport and lifting on site.Whether the preform can be placed in place and used directly depends on the smooth construction of the entire prefabricated building.Therefore,the safe lifting of the prefabricated components plays an important role in the construction of the entire assembly building.This article describes the prefabricated shear wall board hoisting process,hoisting process,lifting point selection and lifting equipment applications in details.Regard two-enders" project of Binhu embellish Garden residential industrialization project in Anhui Bao construction industry group as the engineering background,this paper checks the tensile strength,bending resistance and crack resistance of the most representative wallboard on two crane and three point crane,through the method of the combination with theoretical and numerical simulations.Through comparison,we draw the conclusion that tensile strength and crack resistance can both be obtained.But the two hanging crane saves the hanging nails and has more economic advantages.What's more,the hoisting plan of the two hanging crane is more reasonable,which provides a reference to solving the engineering practice problems furtherly.
