At this stage,the grid as the master of the national economy,the importance of its reliability operation is self-evident.Distribution network is the most reliable network of reliability in power system,how to protect its reliability will be a difficult task.As a result of a more circuit equipment,which is the focus of system reliability research.With the secondary system of relay protection equipment increases,the relay protection device malfunction or refusal will cause faulty chain reaction.So its reliability is also important,equipment failure rate is also high,but its reliability is very easy to be ignored.Today,the relay protection device reliability analysis is not mature enough.This paper focuses on the main factors influencing the equipment,and uses the reliability analysis method-GO method,which is based on the reliability modeling method,to apply the reliability analysis of the relay protection system of Jinjiangling 110kV substation in Huainan.Focusing on Huainan local substation based on the actual data,designed to relay the whole process of intelligent risk assessment management system.Thus improving the management level of reliable operation of power grid.In this paper,the reliability evaluation method of distribution network is summarized,and the advantage of GO method reliability analysis is highlighted by comparing several commonly used reliability algorithms.In this paper,the method of GO method is introduced.First,the basic principle of GO method is introduced.The GO operator is used in the reliability evaluation example of 110kV substation relay status in Jinjialing of Huainan through the introduction of the relevant operator characteristics and expressions.By collecting the original and basic data of the equipment when the protection system is running,the corresponding GO model is drawn according to the characteristics of the relay protection device.Through the analysis of the model analysis,the use of the collected data to calculate the system output,display the status of the equipment and evaluate the system is good or bad.Comparing the statistical data of previous years with the calculated data,the feasibility and uniqueness of GO method in reliability analysis of relay protection system are obtained.Based on the analysis done above,we focus on the defects of the traditional relay protection system in the equipment evaluation and maintenance,developed a relay protection reliability evaluation management system.The use of the software can be real-time online monitoring to reduce the integrity of the equipment on the determination of the lack of repair and overhaul caused by the situation.After Huainan local substation test shows that the software in the analysis of the use of fast,convenient and effective.Therefore,the actual use of system reliability can bring long-term development and play an important role in the local economic development.
