With the rapid development of highway construction,the number of highway mileage and operation period increasing,there is a growing question about the highway maintenance.However,the research of preventive maintenance in our country is relatively backward,the maintenance data management is unscientific,there is not have a complete maintenance and decision system.Some company do maintains with the wrong methods and wrong time,resulting a huge waste of resources.In view of the question about highway asphalt pavement maintenance measures,maintenance opportunity,maintenance capital are not correctly,this paper takes Chongqing Shuijie Highway as a research object.Firstly,we deeply analysis the influence factors of asphalt pavement performance,and detail-surveyed the various factors,analysis the influence degree of each influence factor on pavement performance by consulted various statistical data,analysis of the main causes of the pavement diseases.On the basis,analysis the pavement performence evaluation system and index,and refer to national norms,to evaluate the Shuijie-Highway pavement performance.Based on the evaluation of pavement performance,the prediction model of pavement performance is studied.The ecisting mature model about certain prediction model,probability prediction model,neural networkprediction model were introduced,The analysis revealed that each model was suitable for early construction of highway,in the field of the maintaince and preventive maintaince lower acceptability places,and use for where the pavement performance present descending trend.But is not feasible for the highway sections subjected to care and preventive maintenance when the performance of the payment is in a fluctuant descending tendency.The damping model proposed in this paper has a high precision for the performance fitting of the highway section with its performance in a fluctuant descending tendency,and its predicted result is consistent with the actual result.So it can be used to predict the pavement performance under this condition.Through the investigation of pavement diseases,using the performance evaluation and prediction,this paper studies the concrete scheme of pavement maintenance and maintenance.In the decision of maintenance scheme mainly involves the maintenance technology selection,divided the maintenance time and maintenance section,this paper analyzes the situation of Shuiji-highway.Fanally confirm that under the condition that the maintenance cost is controlled,the first scheme "micro-surfacing" can be adopted if the one-time investment of the first scheme is relatively low;If permitted by the care and maintenance expenses,the second scheme "micro-surfacing+HIR" with a higher overall efficiency is recommended.This paper provide a theoretical basis for the highway maintenance funds invested and select maintenance scheme,it have important significance for highway-department to select of maintenance measures,determine of maintenance timing and funds size.
