Countermeasure Researches On Management And Maintenance Of Rural Road Bridges In Kunming

Rural highway Bridges is an important transport infrastructure in vast rural areas.Its technical condition quality directly affects the rural transportation safety,restricts the development of rural economy.In recent years,traffic authorities at all levels and highway management agencies have generally attached importance to and strengthened the management and maintenance of rural bridges on rural roads,increased capital investment,transformed and strengthened a number of unstable bridge,dangerous bridge,to improve the capacity of the bridge and the overall service level of highway.But with the development of road transportation,a large number of rural roads and bridges built in the sixties and seventies,due to the influence of increasing vehicle load,the technical situation dropped rapidly and began to become unstable bridges.In order to ensure the security of the people travel,strengthen the maintenance and management work of highway Bridges is becoming particularly important.Based on the present situation of rural highway Bridges in Kunming,this paper will analyze the problem and put forward the solutions from two aspects of bridge maintenance and management.According to different degree of remote counties,economic condition,the rational allocation of resources,with the strength of system,we will set up emergency mechanism,increase the intensity of unsafe bridge transformation,make scientific and reasonable maintenance plan through strengthening the system construction,increasing investment in reconstruction funds organization training to improve maintenance team,professional quality,increase the intensity of stable cross,making kunming unsafe bridge reconstruction five years planning,scientific and reasonable maintenance plan arrangement,proper increase of county and township management and technical personnel and other measures to strengthen the road bridge.This paper selected 74 Bridges in Kunming as the research object,through the bridge appearance disease inspection,bridge geometric parameter measurement,the structure of the bridge structure material parameters testing,inspection,to evaluate the condition of these bridges.Besides,this paper will analyze the reasons that caused the disease of these bridges,such as transverse crack expansion joints and bridge deck longitudinal crack damage,damage of the rail,the surfacing layer,curbstone damage,bridge floor crack leakage,beam reinforcement,honeycomb pitting surface of concrete and so on,and then put forward reconstruction suggestion,scheme and estimate the cost to provide decision-making basis to the further maintenance and reinforcement of the bridge in the future.
