The Design And Realization Of The Integrated Control System Of The Marine Power Station

With the development of ship's intelligence,the power station system automation requirements are getting higher and higher.In order to ensure the reliability and continuity of ship power supply,the ship power station integrated control system needs good performance.Ship power station is the core of the ship's power system,its performance will have a direct impact on the reliability and safety of ship navigationThis paper comprehensively designs the ship integrated control system based on the S7-200 micro PLC as the core controller,the industrial PC as the host computer.Using PROFIBUS-DP network communication between the host computer and PLC.In this paper,the working principle of the integrated control system of the ship power station is analyzed in detail,and the hardware selection of the system is introduced in detail.And the hardware and software of automatic start and stop,quasi-synchronous parallelization,automatic frequency and load control,heavy load inquire and generator protection are analyzed in this paper.This paper uses Siemens STEP 7 MicroWIN V4.0 PLC program to complete the completion of the main function of the power station system.In order to complete the alararm information and operation status and electrical parameters display and remote operation of the system design,the monitoring screen is designed based on King View software.After implementing the hardware connection and completing the software design,this paper debug the whole system which includes auxiliary generators automatic start and stop,quasi-synchronous parallelization,automatic frequency and load control,heavy load inquire and generator protection.The debugging results show that the design of the hardware and software of the integrated control system of the ship power station can be carried out and the operation is reliable.
