Based on the training requirements of ETO under the STCW amendment of Manila,this paper studies the training mode of electronic and electrical personnel.Marine electrical equipment training is an important part of the ETO training.However,the traditional experimental training model has some problems,such as limited number of equipment,limited time and heavy task of experimental teachers,resulting in low efficiency of experimental training,seriously affecting the quality of the ETO.In order to solve the aforementioned problems,this paper studies the management system of"Single-station-type " marine electrical equipment experimental training.In order to improve the ability of ETO experiment training and equipment practical operation,and to improve the training quality of ETO personnel,while reducing the burden of experimental teachers.The thesis is based on the theory of "Constructivism epistemology",to design the experimental training management system of marine electrical equipment.To train students build the knowledge system of marine electrical equipment and the fault diagnosis ability of marine electrical equipment,and improve their theoretical learning ability and practical intelligence.The system adopts B/S(Browser/server)architecture for overall architecture design,and based on the virtual reality technology,Web technology and computer technology,to realize system management function,combination of virtual and reality,training function and experimental training evaluation ffunction.In this thesis,the experimental management system of marine electrical equipment adopts the management method of the application of marine electrical equipment experimental training,learning,testing,booking,training,evaluation,and gradually verification.Based on Web technology and computer technology,the theoretical knowledge of ship electrical equipment test and the booking of marine electrical equipment experimental training are realized,and the theoretical knowledge of students'marine electrical equipment is tested.Design virtual marine electrical equipment and marine electrical equipment model interactive communication,realize the combination of virtual and actual marine electrical equipment fault diagnosis training.Based on the virtual reality technology,to realize the virtual operation and evaluation of marine electrical equipment,the final evaluation of experimental training effect on StudentsFinally,the "Single-station-type" management system to integrate marine electrical equipment experiment and training resources,through the network to complete the application,learning,appointment,evaluation,students only need to enter the electrical equipment of the ship to complete the contents of each subject laboratory experiment and training.The research and development of this system solves the problems of limited number of equipment,time limit and task of experimental teachers in the process of traditional ship electrical equipment experimental training.It provides a new model for the application of computer technology and virtual reality technology in ship equipment experiment training."Single-stop-type" management system will marine electrical equipment experimental training resources integration,implementation can be completed through the network,learning,appointment,evaluation,students need to enter the marine electrical equipment laboratory to complete each course experiment training content.The research and development of this system,solve the traditional marine electric equipment of the limited number of devices exist in the process of experimental training task,limited time,the experiment teachers.For the computer technology and the application of virtual reality technology in Marine equipment experimental training provides a new model.
