At present,China's economy is booming,driving the rapid progress of urbanization.At the same time of rapid urban economic development,the old urban areas are relatively saturated,the power structure is difficult to change,the reconstruction is difficult,and its function and scale cannot meet the long-term development needs.In recent years,many cities have started to radial to the peripheral development,set up the new development area,the center of the old urban areas of the various functions gradually transferred to the new area of development,building a more accord with modern development needs,planning is more reasonable,and has long-term development space area,and with the migration of population,again for old town reconstruction,to achieve the comprehensive construction of demand.In December 2016,the state council approved the Foshan city master plan(2011-2020).The concept of "central city" is put forward to strengthen the role of Guangzhou fohe city.As an emerging economic,political and cultural city,Foshan pingxin town is complementary to the old city.It plays an important role in realizing the effect of Guangzhou.In order to meet the future development needs of dongping new town,it is necessary to plan and construct a transmission and distribution network with high power supply reliability,abundant capacity and stable structure,deepen the transformation on the basis of the existing network frame,and guarantee the development of the new area.This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of power supply,medium voltage equipment and network structure of medium voltage distribution network in dongping city.Taking the old town of Foshan city as an example,this paper mainly analyzes the current load situation of chancheng district,and forecasts the long-term saturated load of each power supply area by referring to relevant industry standards and urban planning requirements of Foshan city.This paper analyzes the principles,objectives and key points of the distribution network planning of dongping new town,combines the current situation of the superior power supply in dongping new town,the operation situation of medium-voltage equipment and the network structure,analyzes the load distribution situation at the present stage,proposes the short-term and long-term planning scheme of medium-voltage distribution network structure,and evaluates the implementation effect.
