New energy vehicle is an important direction of car industry development.Because of energy conservation,environment protection and technology mature,the electrical vehicle has become the national strategy option to strengthen Chinese car industry.Basic charging devices including all kinds of centralized charging/battery swapping station and distributional charging posts present the important issue of promoting electrical vehicle used commonly.It is the most urgent task of expanding electrical vehicle and promoting energy revolution to promote the basic construction of electrical vehicle charging station.Concerning of the future of the city development,the whole investment and society efficiency must be evaluated before the construction.According to the national strategy of ecosystem civilization and sustainable development,we have to statistic the sustainability of electrical charging station construction project.The input and output sustainability and long-term contribution to society development are included in the research.Main problems concerned are as follows,such as money spent in the project,other coasts,profitability,and contribution of conserve energy and reduce exhausts and so on.The electrical vehicle charging station construction project are mainly guided by the government recently,so there are few papers on the field of sustainability research.This dissertation will try to resolve some questions on it.The thesis has done some researches on the sustainability of electrical vehicle charging station construction projects from four aspects,with environmental friendliness,technical sustainability,economic rationality and social harmony included.This paper chooses effective algorithm which presents the sustainable evaluation index system.Combining with the theory of the index system,the comprehensive evaluation index system of electric vehicle charging station construction is built,which expounds the theoretical significance of the indexes of the sensitivity and sustainability.In terms of algorithm,the traditional gray system theory and analytic hierarchy process are combined,and the gray analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used as the sustainability evaluation method of construction projects.The gray whitening function and analytic hierarchy process are combined to deal with uncertain information effectively.Thus,the charging station construction is evaluated continuously.According to the calculated comprehensive evaluation value of weighted sustainability,the sustainable level of the project is defined by reference to the standard threshold of the sustainable level of the project.Through the example of Beijing Olympic Games charging station,the applicability of the algorithm and the effectiveness of the index system are verified.
