In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the society is increasingly dependent on electrical energy,but also puts forward higher requirements to the safe and stable operation of the power system.Once an accident occurs to the power system,it will likely have a great influence on the society.Relay protection,as an important and indispensable part of the pow er system,is the reliable guarantee of the safe and stable operation of the electrical power system.The accuracy of relay protection setting calculati on results is the key factor that determines whether the relay protection can meet the ’four’ requirements of the power system.Because of the complexity of the grid structure,and the flexibility of operation mode,the setting calculation of relay protection has become increasingly complicated.The research of the county integrated intelligent relay protection setting calculation system is an active exploration in this field.According to the characteristics and requirements of the relay protection setting calculation in power system,and follow the principle of Lishui grid relay protection setting,this paper will research the county integrated intelligent relay protection setting calculation system.This system adopts intelligent data exchange and verification mode,achieves the multi-level scheduling institutions jointly setting calculation,centralized check and setting value consultation functions,enhances the setting value standardized operation and network management level,compensates for the deficiencies of existing tuning model and adapts to the development of large power grids and management changes.At present,the system has been put into operation in Lishui grid.
