Research And Application Of Intelligent Setting Calculation System For Integrated Relay Protection In Chaoyang Power Grid

In recent years,with the rapid development of our country's economy,the society depends more and more on the power energy,and at the same time puts forward higher requirements for the safe and stable operation of the power system.As an important part of power system,relay protection plays an indispensable role and is a reliable guarantee for the safe and stable operation of power system.Whether the relay protection can meet the four requirements of power system depends on whether the calculation result of relay protection setting is correct or not.Due to the complexity of power network structure,the flexibility of operation mode and the increasingly complicated calculation of relay protection setting,the research of intelligent setting calculation system for integrated prefecture and county relay protection is an active research exploration in this respect.This paper introduces a scheme of intellectualized relay protection setting calculation system for prefectures and counties.The establishment of this system is based on relay protection and setting calculation.Some improvements have been made in the following aspects.In data setting,the old interactive mode is updated to intelligent data interaction,which solves a series of problems before,and the range of data transmission is more extensive,accurate and consistent;in the acquisition of power grid information,the assumption of autonomous remote computing of prefectural and county dispatching is used to improve and optimize various projects in order to achieve faster speed.In the aspect of setting calculation of relay protection,Active X Scripting technology enables users to change the setting calculation principle of protection device according to their own requirements,and further improves the original relay protection device.Then through some self-needed settings,the required value list content is obtained,and the whole process automation is used in the setting calculation process.The system can make Chaoyang power grid more efficient and has been put into operation in Chaoyang Power Grid.
