Over the past decade,China's power market has undergone tremendous changes,large-scale power construction projects continue to be launched for China's industrial and agricultural production,residential life and other fields to provide a reliable energy security,a strong impetus to China's economic development and social stability.But in the power construction project,enterprises often overlook the importance of cost control,resulting in a lot of manpower,material and financial resources in the construction process is wasted,resulting in high cost,economic efficiency is increasingly depressed serious consequences.Therefore,the cost control work has become the key to the survival and development of enterprises.In the past ten years,Earned Value Law has been widely used in the field of electric power construction.In this paper,the application of Earned Value Method in Electric Power Construction Project is taken as the research object,and the theory,current situation and existing problems of power construction project are analyzed.The traditional Earned Value method is the shortcomings and deficiencies,and the multi-level Earned Value method is put forward and applied to the cost control of electric power construction project.The concrete work is as follows:First of all,the paper summarizes the shortcomings and shortcomings of the project cost control theory and the traditional earned value method,which summarizes the construction project cost control and the long-term research process of the earned value method at home and abroad.Secondly,the multi-level Earned Value Management is introduced,and the hierarchical decomposition structure of cost and progress is refined to solve the problem that the more the management of the project level is loosened,the value of the cost-On the bottom-up level summary,draw the cost of this sub-project-the performance of the forecast value.Accordingly,the project manager can provide more accurate decision-making information.Finally,according to the proposed multi-level Earned Value method,the cost control process of electric power construction project based on multi-level Earned Value method is established,and the cost performance of people,material and machine in construction project is realized by adopting multi-level earn value method Analysis,to achieve multi-level Earned Value in the power construction project innovation.
