In the context of global economic integration,cultural creative industry is an important force of the national comprehensive competitiveness,international competition has from the technology or price competition into the competition of cultural soft power,and even creative competition.Since twenty-first Century,Chinese economic development gradually to the development of the third industry,cultural and creative industries have become one of the great support of the national government and industry,how to develop cultural and creative industries have become an important issue.Cultural and creative industries are not only very important for the country,but also an integral part of the development of a city.Nanchang rapid economic development in recent years,efforts to develop in the cultural industry and promote the TENGWANGGE,BADASANREN and other tourist attractions,but somewhat weak.2016,Nanchang HAIHUNHOU Tomb of the Han Dynasty,the HAIHUNHOU country's history and culture show once again in the world's eyes,this is for Nanchang to send a gift culture.This paper will use the method of on-the-spot investigation,case analysis and depth interviews,conducting research on the HAIHUNHOU culture,excavate its cultural connotation;combining communication and advertising theory,by means of creative will be transformed into cultural and creative development and derivatives,economic effect and culture value.In this paper,the author hopes to study the design and development of the cultural and creative derivatives of HAIHUNHOU,which can be applied to the development and construction of the ruins of the sea in the future.Even hope that in other domestic cultural tourism attractions,cultural relics related to the development of cultural derivatives design process,you can learn from the results of this study.After the study,this paper concludes that the cultural value of the sea state is very rich,very suitable for development as a IP.The development of the design and development of derivatives,not to say that their products to sell much more expensive,more importantly,the most attractive behind the culture and values.Creativity and design is an essential condition,but more important is how we use the literature tocreate derivatives,in terms of good HAIHUNHOU's story,to show the country's Han culture.To build the country into a brand,the brand based on the design of the cultural and creative derivatives,combined with the characteristics of the spread of new media publicity,to achieve the best communication results.
