Analysis On Management Of Subway Engineering Materials Based On JIT And ABC Classification

With the development of China's urbanization process,urban construction also in rapid development,but at the same time,demand for resource materials and consumption is also growing.In construction engineering project,the cost of materials accounted for more than half of the entire project,and occupy a lot of liquidity,the normal operation of the project to bring great burden and difficulties.Especially for large construction projects such as subway construction project,the material of the position is more important.On the one hand is due to the scientific and effective management of material,can ensure the quality of project in the process of subway construction,ensure project completed on schedule,at the same time,also can get guarantee security.On the other hand also reflected in the subway construction project,the material cost accounts for a much higher percentage,generally can reach 65%,the material price and the quality of the total cost of the completion of the project,has great influence.How to scientific materials,management and optimization of the subway project,is a key and problems in a timely manner.This article with the aid of material ABC classification management and JIT management thought and theory,on the subway project material management are studied,the main research contents are as follows:(1)combed the foreign scholars on the application of the relevant theory,and introduced the ABC classification and related theory of JIT,provide theoretical support for this article.(2)on the basis of summarizing the subway project management materials,sums up the unique characteristics of the material.(3)to explore JIT and ABC classification in the application of the subway project material management.The subway project material classification,and put forward the corresponding to different types of materials procurement,approach control management measures.(4)from the perspective of supply chain and internal quality,proposes the thoughts to construct information platform of network project material,and application of the radio frequency technology RFID to plan material and non material record and management approach.(5)the project instance analysis.Classify the material of Wuhan rail transit project,puts forward the management strategy of ABC type material,and to evaluate the management effect of each material.When JIT and ABC classification methods are applied to the study of management of subway engineering materials,the project material management mode is optimized and the delicate management is improved.In addition,these two methods are meaningful in helping save space and reduce cost.
