| The BIM(building information model)can effectively solve the problems in the traditional construction project management: if properly utilized,not only can the building efficiency be improved,the construction cost and the time are saved,but also the enterprise competitiveness can be rapidly strengthened.At present,the construction unit of China still has the problem of using the BIM to build project management,for example,the building and application of the BIM model is lacking,the effective cooperation between the BIM staff and the traditional staff is difficult,and the attention of the company level is insufficient.These problems are caused by the ambiguity and lack of logic of the assembled BIM management process.Based on the theory of construction project management and process optimization,taking the construction project of Guizhou Geological Museum as an example,this paper analyzes the objectives of project management and the key points and problems of organization management and construction technology under the traditional management system,finds out the key points of solving these problems by using BIM technology,and expounds the necessity of using BIM technology in the whole process of large-scale projects in the current architectural environment.Based on the construction project of Guizhou Provincial Museum of Geology,this paper carries out a comprehensive and full-process work from the construction of BIM project-level + enterprise-level management system to the management and application of construction projects under the BIM platform.In the management system,according to the project objectives,we plan the content of BIM,determine that the implementation of BIM must be top-down to establish a unified standard system and database,and complete the construction of the project BIM platform software and hardware;In the specific implementation,this paper in the whole process of construction using BIM platform for management and optimization,and use this platform to achieve digital,information quality,cost,progress control.It gets rid of the inefficiency and low-dimensional shortage of using BIM only in collision detection function in many BIM projects,and makes project management really getthe comprehensive blessing of BIM technology.Under the optimization of this set of scientific management ideas and BIM management system,the project meets the quality acceptance requirements 12 days ahead of schedule,and saves nearly 5% of the cost compared with the project budget,and has been recognized by more than 10 awards including "Guizhou Province Structure Quality Cup","2017 Sixth" Longtu Cup "National BIM(Building Information Model)Competition Second Prize" and so on,which has reference significance for the management mode of large construction projects. |
