Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Method Of 220 KV Transmission Line Engineering Construct Quality Management

With the rapid development of our country's economy,transmission line engineering has a faster development as an important part of Power Engineering Project.Because transmission line engineering construction have the characteristics,such as complex technology,quality management problem is particularly important.Therefore,improving the quality management level of transmission line engineering construction becomes a problem to be solved at present.So,it is very meaningful to study the evaluation method of quality management for transmission line engineering construction.In current domestic related research,it focuses on the evaluation of results,but for the evaluation of the purpose,improvement of quality management is ignored.This paper not only puts an emphasis on the selection of evaluation methods and the application,but also puts forward improvement measures.This research has more practical significance.This article studies mainly comprehensive evaluation of transmission line engineering construction.Firstly this paper introduces the background and significance of topics and reviews the research status at home and abroad.This paper also introduces some relevant theories of comprehensive evaluation method.Secondly,this paper builds a comprehensive evaluation model of transmission line construction quality management on the basis of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which combines the characteristics of the transmission line project quality management,principles and related factors.Again,this paper carries on the comprehensive evaluation quality management of Chifeng 220 kV transmission line engineering construction using the evaluation model and shows that the engineering construction quality management comprehensive performance is good.Finally,this paper makes scientific countermeasures based on results of evaluation and existing problems.This paper pays attention to applying the methods such as fishbone diagram and PDCA circulation.This paper provides scientific basis and specific countermeasures.It has a certain guiding significance to improve the level of quality management and it can be used as a reference for the quality management of similar projects.
