Research On Zhe-Fu UHV Transmission Line Project Quality Management

Compared with the traditional transmission lines project,Zhe-Fu UHV Transmission Line Project has characteristic of high line structure parameters and operating parameters,wide coverage of high lines,c omplex geographical environment,vast number of construction staff as well as strict requirements in safe and reliable operation.It is imperative to strengthen the quality management of UHV transmission line project as it will directly affect the safety of the Zhejiang power grid and the development of national economic construction.Although the general quality management method can guarantee the project quality to some extent,there are still many problems in the process of quality management of Zhe-Fu UHV Transmission Line Project.It is imperative to strengthen the quality management of Zhe-Fu UHV Transmission Line Project.This paper systematically describes the research background and research significance,analyzes and expounds the related research status at home and abroad;according to concepts,principles and other related factors in quality,engineering quality management,combined with the characteristics of UHV transmission line engineering,the paper expounds the engineering quality management situation.The domestic evaluation of UHV transmission line engineering quality,mainly through the construction quality inspection and evaluation,is lack of systematic assessment system.Effective comprehensive evaluation of quality management is an important prerequisite for improving engineering quality.The construction of Zhe-Fu UHV Transmission Line Project quality management evaluation system will bring great benefits in making a scientific and reasonable evaluation of the quality management of engineering,discovering the problems in quality management and taking effective measures towards the problems,thus improving the quality management level.It creates a comprehensive evaluation model of UHV transmission line engineering quality management based on analyti c hierarchy method and fuzzy evaluation method and applies in Zhe-Fu UHV Transmission Line Project,verifying the feasibility,applicability and rationality of the model.The aim is to discover the weak link,according to the evaluation result,in the proj ect quality management,and put forward corrective actions from five perspectives of human,machine,material,method and environment.
