| Enterprise departments often accumulates a very large distribution network related data in electric power enterprise in China.In the face of such a large and complex data,Power Supply Enterprise is facing tremendous pressure under the pressure of expanding the scale of power grid.So the reliability,accuracy and timeliness of information in Power Supply Enterprise can not be guaranteed.In this environment,Geographic Information System(GIS)has gradually entered into the eyes.It can satisfy the needs of power supply network.The application and implementation of GIS system can effectively improve the management level and production efficiency of electric power enterprises,and then improve the quality of power supply and related services.It is of great significance to the development and reform of electric power enterprises.In the process of construction of GIS system,although its development process has similarities with the ordinary information systems,it is more demanding on quality.It needs to implement a variety of graphics,maps,the unification of the data and information sharing,which has very high requirements in the GIS system availability,reliability,stability and expansibility.Therefore,it is necessary to implement strictly quality management work during the process of GIS system construction.Firstly,this paper refers to the relevant literatures and theories of project management,quality management.Secondly,this paper explains platform construction and characteristics of the distribution network GIS system.And then establishes the basic framework of Distribution GIS system from the Angle of the theory.Finally,this paper takes the distribution network GIS system construction project of T power supply bureau as a case and analyzes the existing problems in the case of project quality management,and identifies and evaluates using the analytic hierarchy process as the main factors influence on project quality.Then this paper explores the practice path and the method of theoretical framework and puts forward quality management system for T power supply bureau distribution network GIS system project.It has theory value and practical significance. |
