The Research On The Optimization Of The Endowment Service System And The Facilities Of Zhongyuan Oilfield

Now the aging of the population has become a social problem in China.How to solve the problem of social pension has allowed of no delay.Due to the influence of the one-child policy and the improving of the level of medical care,the proportion of the population of the elderly and the dependents is seriously imbalanced in the structure of the family members in today’s society.The responsibility for supporting the elderly can not completely rely on the traditional way of family pension.At the same time,the shortcomings of the institutional pension can not solve the challenges that the aging bring in our country.People’s daily life is closely related with the community,we should make full use of the advantages of regions and resource in specific community.And we need to rely on the way of solving the problem of social pension by improving the old-age pension system in community,then we can realize the community endowment gradually.The development time of China’s community support for the elderly is short,and the operating system is not mature enough so there are still many deficiencies.In order to perfect the service system of community support for the elderly and to solve the problem of aging in our country,this paper studies from the perspectives of sociology and architecture.Firstly,it puts forward the research questions and background,and analyzes the necessity of perfecting the old-age pension system in our country according to the actual situation.And the paper draws up the key problems of the old-age service system and how to improve the facilities in this paper.Then,through the collecting and arrangement and research of data,and leaning some related concepts and theory of the endowment system.I have understood the relevant theory development venation on the basis of he development experience of domestic and foreign pension system.Through the study of the environment and models of pension,the paper points out the advantages of community endowment model of solving the old-age pension problems in our country and the problems of the development of institution endowment model.Furthermore,with the form of questionnaire and Excel data analysis,the paper surveys two pension communities of Zhongyuan Oilfield,Henan.And it puts forward the problem through the analysis of the current situation.Finally,this paper puts forward some optimization methods to improve the pension service system scheme and pension facilities.From the unique perspective of small and medium-sized cities under the development of state-owned enterprises.This paper provides experience for the perfection of pension service system in China’s small and medium-sized cites and the optimization of facilities for the elderly.
