Exploring The Environmental Facilities System Supporting The Old Age In High-intensity Mixed Communities In Large Cities

In the face of population growth,lacking of land resources,accelerated urbanization and other issues,the development of high-intensity community in Shenzhen become inevitable.At the same time,with the aging of Shenzhen,the elderly live in high-intensity communities and together with other residents is the inevitable trend of development of old age.In this dual context,the goverment strongly advocates the elderly to live in the mixed community,but its promotion has been hindered.On the one hand,due to the high-intensity community in the scale of scale,environmental construction,facilities configuration does not have adequate pension conditions;On the other hand,due to the special needs of the elderly,their gathering will have some effects on the community’s environment and facilities.In the face of the situation of mixed old age in the high-intensity community,this paper analyzes the environment and facilities demand of the elderly and the non-elderly residents.Through the investigation and analysis of the communities with mixed-living contradictions.Analysis the design of Environmental and Facilities System,put the traditional community’s harmony,rich and humane life into the high-rise residential buildings in the three-dimensional community mixed pension ideas.In order to be compatible with the elderly’s maintenance and community mix,to protect the diversity of the community,giving all the residents a convenient and comfortable mixed environment.The full text consists of four parts,a total of six chapters.The first part(the first chapter)is the introduction part,mainly elaborated the research background,the research content,the goal and the significance and the related research summary and the method frame.The second part(the second,third and fourth chapters)is the analysis section.In the second chapter,through the analysis of the development trend of high-intensity community in Shenzhen,the necessity of community mixed pension is analyzed.In the third chapter,the research on the status of the pension in the high-intensity mixed community is found,and it is found that the old resident and the non-elderly resident are in conflict in daily life.The fourth chapter is the theoretical analysis and summary of the above conflict,put forward the idea of building a harmonious community mixed old-age model.The third part(the fifth chapter)is the strategy part.Through the community function in high-rise buildings,the use of "three-dimensional community" "neighborhood unit" concept to rebuild the community spirit.First,the community environment and supporting facilities for three-dimensional design,reshaping its traffic space;Second,in the neighborhood unit,based on the introduction of high-rise buildings in the public space,set up a various service facilities system;At last,is the community management.Thus building a viable community mixed pension model.
