Research On The Design Of Community Comprehensive Old-age Service Facilities From The Perspective Of Symbiosis Theory

The community comprehensive service facility for the aged is a hot research topic in the whole society and architecture field.Its construction aims to respond to the demands of the urban elderly group to provide for the aged in the familiar community environment.However,there are still some problems in the process of practical exploration,such as the separation between facility planning and existing public service resources,the lack of inclusive sharing between different age groups,and the "avoidance" of elderly facilities construction.It is urgent to introduce a complete set of theories to guide the design of the problems in the exploration and development of community comprehensive elderly care service facilities,which has an important reference significance to solve the deficiencies existing in the current development of facilities.The concept of "symbiosis" originated in biology.At present,"symbiosis",as one of the key words of the era,has attracted more and more attention from scholars in many fields.They regard "symbiosis" as an important value reference and practice norm to solve problems in their own fields,and architecture is the same.Symbiosis refers to an open and interactive combination and relationship between heterogeneous objects,which has the significance of coexistence,coexistence and common development.Symbiosis theory perspective,comprehensive research community endowment facilities first needs to be different from the simple understanding of "utility" "composite" and so on,to find out the basic characteristics of the comprehensive community endowment facilities-"symbiotic" : on the one hand,the community is not a simple superposition of multi-function integrated endowment facilities,but according to the coordinated development between the old under the requirements of each function,promote and stimulate;On the other hand,the community comprehensive elderly care service facility is not a closed space system,but coordinated and common development with the community public space,traffic,landscape and cultural environment.From the perspective of Symbiosis theory,this paper first analyzes the current problems of community comprehensive pension service facilities,then through the analysis of the symbiotic elements of all levels to build symbiosis community comprehensive pension service facilities,explore form symbiotic community endowment service facilities design rule,on this basis puts forward co-location service level and building space design of the design strategy,The purpose is to realize the mutualistic symbiosis between the community comprehensive pension service facilities and the community environment,so that the elderly can enjoy better integration into the society and form a harmonious symbiosis situation for the elderly in the society.
