With the globalization of the market and the diversification of customer demand,the mass production mode is gradually replaced by the small batch and multi variety mode.Under the background of green economy,the government requires enterprises to produce in a low carbon way and reduce energy consumption.In order to meet the requirements of production,a hybrid workshop with processing and assembly process appears in the related enterprises.In this paper,for a kind of hybrid workshop with high complexity,multi objective and strong disturbance,the adaptive scheduling strategy is proposed from the view of low entropy in order to solve the problems which include laying-off because of missing parts,abnormal disturbance,over inventory and low rate of order completion.This paper takes the hybrid workshop of FJ company as the research object,the research work has a good theory and a pratical application value.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:1.Combining with the theory of low entropy,the characteristics and existing problems of hybrid workshop are Analyzed,the theoretical derivations of hybird workshop scheduling are presented.The index contains two parts: low carbon and anti disturbance ability.According to the characteristics of adaptive scheduling,ensuring the scheduling has anti-interference ability,a kind of adaptive scheduling strategy is proposed based on a perturbation deviation from the value of hybrid driven mechanism which realizing the adaptive scheduling for hybrid wo--rkshop.2.For the indicator function of low entropy,a multi-objective function of low carbon and anti disturbance ability are put forward,the low carbon index includes minimizing the maximum completion time and minimizing the total assembly completion time and inventory cost;the anti disturbance index includs the minimum efficiency loss cost,the lowest cost of unused resources and maximum the number of orders completed.Based on the analysis of the relationship of the 6 objective functions,the multi objective is transformed into the target of time,cost and order completion and the mathematical model of the multi objective function of the low entropy index is established.3.Considering the low entropy multi-objective function and adaptive scheduling features,a kind of improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed which has the multilayer coding base on the weight of the order and the machine?POX operator?and pareto external document optimization.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by a 10×10 example.4.Visual Basic and MATLAB are used to establish the low entropy adaptive scheduling simulation model of the hybrid workshop and the simulation interface and program are designd and developed.5.This paper applies the low entropy adaptive scheduling model and optimization algorithm to solve the problems for the hybird worshop of FJ company.The feasibility and effectiveness of the model and improved algorithm are verified by comparing the simulation results with the actual results.
