Study And Practice Of Rural Leisure Senior Landscape Design

As the aging of population further develops,retirement has become such an urgent social problem that the government and social public pay close attention to it.There are growing concerns about psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly.With the health problems rising and the deepening concept of medical support,the aged have a higher demand for the nursing environment,the change of lifestyle as well as the diversification endowment models.Rural endowment,composed mainly by leisure pension,cultural experience and interactive participation,is a combination of urban and rural development and pension industry,expanding the new ideas of health care and agricultural development opportunities.The thesis studies the theory and practice of landscape elements,planning strategies and principles,and landscape design content of pastoral leisure pension landscape planning combined with the environmental behavior,the needs of the elderly and the landscape design of rural pension with the key point of environmental landscape.the major research findings are as follows:(1)This paper systematically summarizes the concepts and related theories of the rural leisure and retirement,the psychology of the elderly,the rehabilitation landscape and the pension model.Combined with the domestic and foreign relevant theoretical research and excellent cases,the thesis summarizes the function,characteristics and service system of the rural pension mode and puts forward the specific development model of the rural leisure pension.(2)Based on the analysis of the characteristics of physical and mental development and the behavior and the needs of the elderly,this thesis makes an investigation and analysis on the related problems of the rural pension environment in order to figure out the location of the pension environment,the color preference of the elderly,the positive role of rehabilitation landscape for the elderly as well as the factors related to the landscape planning of the rural pension base.(3)According to the result of the investigation and the analysis of the natural environment,cultural landscape and rural settlement elements and aesthetic image,this paper puts forward six principles: people-oriented,regional culture implantation,natural priority,space optimization,the landscape diversity and the economy.Discusses strategies of the site layout,land use and landscape planning and refine four design points of the living space of the elderly,outdoor activities space,traffic organization and green landscape.Relying on the unique endowment of natural environment and social cultural environment,take the leisure agriculture as the support and the countryside endowment as the core to build rural leisure pension model combined with mountain,medical rehabilitation,sports and leisure,fitness and other factors.Provide comfortable and livable outdoor environment for the elderly.(4)The planning and design,taking the Tangzhuang leisure and retirement resort in Dengfeng as example,integrates the advantage of resources with Buddhist health,farming culture,traditional Chinese medicine culture,traditional health and filial piety culture and other elements blended,to provide a convenient and pleasant leisure environment for elderly people.
