Research On The Process Of Investment Control Of Construction Project Based On BIM Technology

In recent years,the rapid development of China's market economy,the price of construction labor,materials,machinery and other expenses continue to rise,a huge energy,consumption of resources is no longer consistent with the strategic requirements of sustainable development,the construction project investment control faces enormous impact.China's current investment management system is not perfect,the management behind the low level of information,lack of systematic,scientific investment control concept,etc.resulting in poor control performance of construction investment projects,investment runaway widespread occurrence.Building Information Modeling(Building Information Modeling,BIM)as a scientific method of information management,for the project to provide the participating parties to work together,share information technology platform,so that the project can effectively participating cooperation between the parties and to reduce communication barriers its visibility,can simulate,optimize,integration and other characteristics can achieve fine management project.The BIM technology in construction investment control can effectively reduce project costs,improve project quality,to break the traditional investment control all stages of fragmented phenomenon,so that the project investment control is more comprehensive,systematic,efficient and high quality.This paper analyzes the BIM technology will be applied to construction project investment control barriers,lack of proposed investment control process based on BIM technology and data requirements for each phase of the project is unknown is the main obstacle to the application of BIM technology.On the basis of our traditional investment control flow analysis on the existing problems,combined with practical cases,analysis of the value added in BIM project investment control,the traditional investment control processes were re-constructed investment control processes are based on BIM technology and build a support environment for the smooth implementation of the BIM process using empirical methods respectively,from project execution speed,work results,cost savings based on three aspects of the reconstruction effect BIM technology investment control processes for the actual implementation of the BIM process weak case link,the corresponding safeguards.
