Lean construction has obvious advantages in reducing costs,improving quality,shortening construction period,and ensuring safe production.More and more companies have introduced lean construction principles and technical methods in the process of engineering project management.But generally speaking,the application capacity of lean construction needs to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a set of scientific index systems,and select reasonable evaluation methods to evaluate the lean construction capabilities of construction projects,seek ideas and approaches for enterprises to enhance lean construction capabilities.Firstly,through reviewing and combing a large amount of literature,the article analyzes the research status of lean construction capability evaluation both at home and abroad from the aspects of lean construction capability evaluation method and evaluation index system,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of existing evaluation methods and evaluation indicators.Then the article puts forward the necessity of evaluating lean construction capacity from the whole process of construction of the project.Secondly,it elaborates the theoretical basis of lean construction,including the concept of lean construction,the core idea of lean construction,and the method system of lean construction.It also analyzes the advantages of lean construction compared to traditional construction from two perspectives: a micro perspective and a macro perspective.And the paper defines the concept of the lean construction of the whole process,the lean construction mode of the whole process and the lean construction ability of the whole process.Summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the lean construction capability evaluation method and combining the specificity of the lean construction capability evaluation index,the paper proposes SEM-FCEM evaluation model for constructing the lean construction capability of the whole process.The SEM-FCEM evaluation model is using the SEM method to verify the initial evaluation index system through empirical analysis and the normalized path coefficient of each index as the index weight of FCEM comprehensive evaluation,and then using FCEM to carry out comprehensive evaluation of the projects.Finally,the paper uses the SEM-FCEM evaluation model to evaluate three residential projects,and calculates the lean construction capability of these projects,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improving the lean construction capabilities of the construction projects.
