| Current project management theory can not meet the needs of project management. There are some problems exposed in construction period, cost and quality. How to improve the level of project management to adapt to market needs and meet customer needs is a project management problem that needs addressing. This paper analyze the problems and find solutions through the introduction of innovation in the field of the manufacturing field,that is lean construction theory. The main content of this paper is as follows.1. Analysis of Lean Thinking and its application in manufacturingExpound the basic theory of lean thinking and lean thinking principles. The five principles of lean thinking: determine the value; identify value stream; flow; pull and perfection. Meanwhile, This paper will analyze the application course of lean thinking for Toyota and summed up the Toyota management philosophy.2. Study the framework of the building of the system constitutes in constructionAnalyze some common waste in the traditional project management .Study the framework and application of lean construction theory. This paper will study it from Lean Construction no waste from the construction organization design, lean exchange cost management, standard work with templates, flexible pull Construction System and other aspects.3. Analyze the application of lean construction theory in project management case.In a Loop high-speed construction projects, JT achieved good results and very good value through the introduction of lean construction management technology.This paper put forward theory framework of lean construction management technology on basis of the characteristic of construction projects and lean theory of manufacturing and study the lean construction management technology from implementation of assistive technology theory. By the above analysis, lean construction theory can meet the current project management requires and improve the overall level of the project management.
