The Software Development About Testing Tool Of Digital Traction Substation

Digital substation has been widely used in the power system. With the continuous development of high-speed rail technology in China, The promotion and application of digital traction substation are getting more and more attention in the field of railway. As a result of intelligent primary equipment and secondary equipment interface has a qualitative change,the substation's commissioning work has also tremendous changed,and traditional test tools and methods based on secondary cable connections are gradually replaced by digital test tools and methods based on fiber optic communications.In this paper, based on the 220kV WangJiazhuang digital traction substation engineering case for the first time in China which is put into using in heavy-load railway. By describing the structure and commissioning process of digital traction substation, combined with intelligent primary and secondary device interface changes, the paper put forward targeted testing methods. And through the digital traction substation in the commissioning and production of the needs and actual situation of the investigation, I developed a test tool that applies to our organization's products which can generate and parse the substation configuration description SCD configuration file for achieving the Goose message and SMV message receiving and analog transmission so that I can complete the basic test project of digital traction substation. The software has been applied in the actual product production and on-site commissioning work,and played a role in improving work efficiency and simplifying the experimental process. Simultaneously, in the process of applying the digital substation test tool, I also found some problems in the software, but the problem has been optimized and improved.At last, through the application and feedback of the Wang jia zhuang digital traction substation, the invention confirms the important role of digital substation testing tools in the process of digital substation debugging, and provides a solid and reliable basis for the promotion of digital traction substation test software.
