With the rapid process of urbanization in China,urban diseases continue to burst in the city,causing the urban climate and environment have been destroyed.Among the many climate change,"haze" weather is the core problem that plagued the city residents.The bad urban environment seriously affected the health,work and life of the urban residents.The urban wind environment is one of the main influencing factors of urban microclimate,and it has an important impetus to improve haze weather.At the same time,compared with other cities,micro-climate factors,urban wind environment is relatively strong control,suitable for urban planning technical means and control norms.So the urban wind environment research and development has become the main direction of today's urban micro-climate,haze weather and urban wind environment and improvement is imminent.Living in the city is one of the main functions of the city,the process of urbanization in the development and construction of housing is the main content of urbanization,occupy the city built area,development zone,suburbs and most of the land.Therefore,to improve the living environment of the wind environment can improve the urban micro-climate to make a greater contribution.Therefore,in the residential area planning,how to quantify the assessment of the residential area by means of technical means,how to maximize the ventilation through reasonable planning layout,to accelerate the spread of air pollutants,improve air quality,residential area planning needs to face and solve problem.This article is based on this background.In this paper,the related research at home and abroad is summarized and summarized.The purpose of the study and the research framework are described.The principle and method of CFD technology are introduced.The ecological significance of urban ventilation is summarized by the basic research of wind environment theory.Based on the summary of the wind environment evaluation system at home and abroad,a set of wind environmental assessment index system suitable for this paper is constructed,and the threshold of wind environment evaluation index is used in this study.On the basis of this,the CFD simulation method was used to select eight different types of residential areas in Xi'an.The three-dimensional modeling and simulation of the planning and wind environment of each plot were compared with the data analysis.The evaluation index system,the different types of residential quarters of the wind environment to judge the merits of the pros and cons.And analyzes the relationship between the design strength and the wind speed and the average wind speed of the residential area,and sums up the planning and design elements and the laws of the influence of the wind environment on the residential area.In order to improve the air quality of the residential area,this paper attempts to study the relationship between planning and design elements and the living environment of the residential area through interdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary approach.In order to improve the urban microclimate in the future research,so that the urban wind environment can be effectively simulated and controlled in the planning and design stage,so that the research theory can serve the urban construction.
