Urban Medical Facilities Spatial Accessibility And Layout Optimization Research

Urban medical facilities are an important part of urban public facilities,the reasonability of which directly relates to the urban residents' medical accessibility.To detect medically underserved areas on the basis of the accessibility of medical facilities has great significance on the optimization of the layout of urban medical facilities.This article were focused on accessibility and the layout optimization of urban medical facilities basing on the first National Geographic National Census data in Fujian province,thematic data of city health care,census data and historic traffic data.Firstly,the present situation and problems of medical resources in CangShan district were analyzed;Secondly,from the perspective of residential and the perspective of urban space two,accessibility of residents' medical treatment and health care facilities location's accessibility had been carried on the detailed discussed and analyzed respectively;Finally,according to the results of the analysis of accessibility,and combined with the relevant planning document medical facilities of CangShan district,the spatial layout optimization of medical facilities were to be studied,furthermore,the different levels of medical facilities layout optimization strategies were to be proposed.Study found that,view from the point of space distribution,medical facilities in CangShan were distributed intensively,could be bordered roughly by South Second Ring Road,MinJiang Avenue,the medical facilities and high quality medical resources were distributed by the north of boundary,relatively scarce medical facilities region were located by the south of the boundary;From the perspective of the medical accessibility of residential areas,residents medical accessibility were different obviously,accessibility values of areas of high were located in the surrounding area of the existing hospital;From the accessibility of medical facilities' locations,the accessibility of part of the lower level of hospital value were high,could be to consider to enhance medical facilities level or increased investment in health care;From the point of the results of medical facilities layout optimization,needing 16 hospitals,16 township hospitals and 104 village-level medical facilities to meet the medical needs of residents in CangShan.At the same time,in this paper,by comparing the improved potential model and improved accessibility results of 2SFCA in the research of urban medical facilities,considering fully the distance decay function of improvement potential model is more appropriate for researching on accessibility of urban medical facilities;And about the scale of the research,this paper argues that in village-level medical facilities station layout optimization should make use of the scale of the census district;On the travel time,this paper argues that taking the speed of combining with the practical situation of historic traffic data and considering road level and related attribute information has more practical significance than the speed of road planning and designing,which is better to analyze the accessibility of residents medical treatment;Finally,this paper argues that centricity evaluation model and space syntax can improve the existing research methods of measuring the accessibility of medical facilities,also having important meaning to optimize medical facilities layout.
