With the continuous development of social economy,people's living standards have been constantly improving.Along with living standards' enhancement,residents' demand for a better public service facility in daily life,including education,healthcare and culture,has also increased.However,in today's society,the supply and demand of basic public services are unreasonable,and the problem of distribution is becoming increasing apparent.Medical facilities,as an important part of public service facilities,its reasonable planning can not only provide residents with convenient medical conditions,but also can improve the level of urban public facilities services.Consequently,it can promote the rapid development of urban and rural areas and bridge the gap in terms of public service facilities.This paper takes the medical service facilities in Hohhot as the research object.Based on the accessibility theory,the GIS spatial analysis technology is supported,and the medical facilities in Hohhot city can be analyzed and processed in a comprehensive way,and the layout and optimization Suggestions of medical institutions in Hohhot are proposed.The author,taking Hohhot city as the study area,first screens the street population,distribution,and the level of comprehensive medical institution,beds,physicians and other data in Hohhot city from the Statistical Yearbook,Health Bureau and government.And then the author analyzes the relationship between the two different data.Combined with the traffic network map of Hohhot,the author analyzes the distribution of the street population,the medical institutions and the road network map.It can be concluded that the densely populated streets in Hohhot are positively correlated with densely populated areas of medical institutions and road networks.Secondly,using the O-D cost matrix to calculate the shortest distance between residents' street points and medical facilities(expressed in time),and then using two-step mobile search model to calculate the demographic data of the streets and the basic data of the medical institutions.Thus,medical services can be drawn up to the status quo level in Hohhot city.The accessibility of the high value area is around the center city into circular distribution and is gradually decreasing from the central city area.The areas that in the southwest,northwest and northeast of the city are all need to be improved.Finally,according to the related national policies and the current situation of public health services in Hohhot city,the paper analyzes the layout of medical institutions in Hohhot by using the minimum resistance model and the minimum facility point model in the position allocation of ArgGIS network analysis.In general,some improvement programs have been proposed and some medical facilities have been improved so as to effectively improve the accessibility of medical treatment in Hohhot.
