The Research On The Evaluation Of Green House Based On Life Cycle Theory

In our country,the green building projects have been often seen.But,the green building assessmen is still not perfect.There is a lot of work to do in the green building evaluation area.Firstly,this paper analyzed and studied the a large number of different scholars put forward the green building assessment system,according to the reality of the residential projects is proposed and constructed a green building evaluation system based on the whole life cycle,the residential building the evaluation work of the green building can be run through the whole project from the beginning to the end,including the planning stage,design stage,construction stage,acceptance and operation stage.At the same time,this paper creatively puts forward to consider the characteristic points of the project to build the green evaluation contents,it can be more comprehensive response to China's current situation of green building.Then,select the Xi'an railway construction international city residential area as a typical case,the planning stage,design stage,construction stage,acceptance and operation stage,and features plus project for in-depth analysis to establish the evaluation model of green building,and the use of AHP to the index weight distribution.At the same time,the survey expert score,finally come to the building of the green performance evaluation.The conclusion can be found,the conclusion and the actual project named Shaanxi two star project is consistent.It is confirmed that the proposed green building evaluation system based on life cycle is reasonable and feasible.
