At present,the Distributed Control System has been adopted in the control system of domestic thermal power plant.This system witness lots of advantages,it can be used to concentrate thermal power plant monitoring.It also has a positive impact on aspects such as safety in production and further economic benefits of thermal power plant.Therefore the design of DCS system is very important for further development of domestic thermal power plant.This thesis mainly studied in designing and realization the DCS for thermal control of certain thermal power plant in practical,this design includes the designing of hardware system and software configuration.This is design give operators effective ways to control generator,operate equipment and monitor device operation state.The basic functions and main technologies of OC6000 e DCS is then introduced in this thesis.After handled the basic principle and function,firstly,the designing of hardware system is draw forth,which includes number control of I/O points,hardware configuration statistics and design,system grounding design,controller assignment design and IP address design;then comes the overall design of the software configuration.Based on functionality,the designing of DCS could be divided into following five parts,data Acquisition system,analog control system,sequence control system,boiler furnace safety monitoring system and digital electro hydraulic control system.The overall design contents of Data Acquisition System contains processing of the field data acquisition signal and the display part of the host computer.The coordination control system and the drum water level adjustment system is the overall design content of simulation control system.Sequence control system mainly focus on designing of boiler sequence Control system and turbine sequential control system.Main fuel tripping(MFT),furnace purging and ignition system angle program control is the main designing content of boiler furnace safety monitoring system.Digital electrohydraulic system mainly designs gate latching and hitting,confirming the choice of operation mode.The designing of software configuration of the typical subsystem is introduced in detail in this thesis,which includes the designing of the coordinated control system,the drum water level adjustment system,condensate system,ignition system angle programmed and furnace purge.The hardware system and software system could be achieved by using the OC6000 e system.The design and implementation of thermal DCS of the thermal power plant can ensure the production needs of the thermal power plant,it could ensure safety and stable operation.
