In this paper, on the basis of the theory of risk management, combining with the actual situation of the civil construction of West of Jinshajiang Road Station project in Shanghai metro, the risk management of the construction project of the metro station is studied, and specifically divided into the following four parts:Firstly,on the basis of the basic principles of risk management,combining with the practical of civil construction of the subway station project,the paper has constructed the basic process of risk management of subway contruction,,and illustrated the basic steps of the risk identification and risk assessment and risk conuntermeasures in the civil construction of the subway,and also discussed the significance of risk management of metro project.Secondly,through of accident reasons of the domestic subway and risk analysis of civil construction of the subway in Shanghai,general causes have been obtained,dividing into four major categories:resistance risk,environment risk,risk of construction and technical,and risk of management and personnel. Also the analysis of the West of Jinshajiang Road of subway station project is carried out to prepare for the risk analysis below.Thirdly,according to the actual situation of West of Jinshajiang Road of subway station in Shanghai and applying the risk identification theory to the one in the line 13 in Shanghai metro,four categories of risks have been refined into twelve kinds of risk factors.Based on results of risk identification of civil construction in West of Jinshajiang Road Station project and combining with the basic steps of risk assessment of civil construction of subway station and by using the hierarchical analysis method, the quantitative results of the risk assessment West of Jishajiang Road Station in Shanghai Metro Line 13 are obtained,which the risk factors of groundwater and foundation pit excavation are the most prominent.Finally, the corresponding strategies and measures for the risk factors of the West of Jinshajiang Road Station civil construction project are put forward, which makes the theoretical more practical.
