In recent years,extreme weather has occurred frequently due to global climate change.However,due to the lagging construction of waterproofing and drainage facilities,the event of flooded and waterlogging occurred from time to time.Urban waterlogging has become an important problem in the process of urbanization development,so the construction of urban drainage pump station project has drawn more attention from people.But,the construction of urban drainage pump station project generally has the characteristics of complex construction process,high professional and technical requirements,tight time limit,and is greatly affected by the environment,there are many risks in the construction process.At present,many construction enterprises in our country still have weak awareness of project risk management,and have not systematically identified and analyzed the risk management,the risk management system also needs to be improved.At present,many construction enterprises in China still have a weak awareness of project risk management,and there is no systematic risk identification and analysis in terms of risk management,and the risk management system also needs to be improved.This paper takes the construction risk of urban drainage pumping station project as the research object and the risk management of construction enterprises as the research perspective,with the DZL drainage pump station project as the background case.Firstly,the research background and theoretical basis of urban drainage pump station project construction risk are expounded.Secondly,based on the field investigation of DZL drainage pump station engineering project,introduces the project situation and risk management,from the contract risk,management risk,risk of engineering technology factors,engineering environment factors risk,construction organization risk,the five factors risk research analysis,decomposition analysis completed the project construction risk identification,the risk factor identification list;Thirdly,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of the risk index,and the quantitative rating of the risk index is carried out through the expert evaluation score,and the result of the risk assessment is obtained.Finally,according to the results of risk assessment,the construction risk response principles and strategies of DZL drainage pump station project are determined,and the risk response measures are put forward.After the application verification of the actual project,the risk coping strategies and targeted measures proposed in this paper effectively improve the anti-risk ability in the construction process of DZL drainage pump station project,and effectively guarantee the smooth completion and delivery of the project.The research results of this paper have certain theoretical and practical guiding significance for the construction risk management of urban drainage pump station project.
