Design And Development Of Intelligent Control System For Painting Process Parameters

Coating is one of the most important parts in modern industrial production process,and the anti rust and corrosion protection has become one of the most important standards to measure the quality of products.As an important part of modern transportation,the quality of the coating(gloss,color,freshness,smoothness,etc.)is an important standard for judging the quality of cars.In addition,the good coating treatment can effectively improve the corrosion resistance and prolong the service life of the automobile.At present,the painting parameters of the cab are controlled by manual operation,which seriously lags behind the results of the laboratory test,the fineness of feeding is low,the fluctuation of the parameters of the liquid bath is large,and the consistency of the product quality is affected.In this paper,the industrial process control technology as the theoretical basis,to study the control parameters of cab coating process,designed a set of intelligent control scheme,to solve the current operation process because of many problems caused by manual operation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)the intelligent control can effectively reduce the dependence of the parameter control on the personnel,reduce the number of necessary employees,and reduce the cost of the coating production process directly.(2)starting from the field pipeline and liquid level identification,the automatic control structure is designed to realize the on-site feeding equipment access to the PLC control system,instead of manual operation.(3)the establishment of a stable data communication structure,to achieve the link between the site PLC and OPC server and PC configuration software and OPC link.(4)the development of the host computer monitoring program,through the OPC server as a transit,and on-site PLC control,the realization of intelligent data computing,storage,control,analysis and other functions.
