The Status Investigation And Survey Of Rural Residence In Chongqing

This article is a study about the demand of self-build rural residence under current situation,which is needed by the design of rural residence atlas about Yongchuan,Shizhu and Changshou,the three districts of Chongqing. This article is consist of the analysis and conclusion about the limit of construction technology of rural residence, requirement of use and management requirements,which is based on the survey of this three districts.The construction of rural residence has entered a new round of high-speed development period since the 21 st century. Rural residential comfort and durability has been improved.However,because of the lack of professional guidance,there have been problems in the rural residence that function is not applicable, homogeneity of architectural style,and hidden danger about the security of construction technology and so on.In order to explore the new demands of the construction of rural residence reflected by these new changes and new problems, this article has studied on the self-build rural residence. The full text includes five parts,the key part of which are in the third chapter, and the fourth chapter. The third chapter is about the status investigation of the the self-build rural residence of the three counties of Chongqing,which include three parts of rural daily life and needs, construction situation, current situation of the management about self-build rural residence.The fourth chapter is the discussion about the main contradiction of construction,which is based on the survey of the three districts of Chongqing.And the contents are the analysis of the characteristics of the contradictions and possible strategies about four aspects of homestead, adaptation for function, security of construction technology,and feature of rural residence.Therefore, on one hand, the research of this article provides the basic research of the ‘farmhouse construction guide'; on the other one, the research methods and the experience can provide some reference for other rural investigation and study. In addition, the article research has some typicalprojects.Because Chongqing not only has mountainous country characteristic,but also has region characteristic as Shizhu one of the three districts is Tujia ethnic enclaves.And Chongqing also is a typical representative of rural and urban combination.
