Study On The Evolution Of Suburban Rural Residential Buildings In West Of Chongqing

Since the new century,the "three rural issues" have been highly concerned by the state.The Central Working Conference held at the end of 2017 once again proposed a rural revitalization strategy,and rural construction has once again become a vast world that can make a difference.In this era of context,Chongqing Municipality,as a pilot area for comprehensive urban and rural reforms in China,promotes residential construction in rural areas.However,since the founding of the country,farmers have adopted a self-construction model in the construction of rural houses.This self-built model continued until the beginning of this century,which caused many problems in rural housing construction.Since the new century,economic and technological advancement has taken place,and the impact of urban residential buildings has caused a radical change in traditional rural residential buildings.The suburban rural areas in western Yunnan are considered to be the areas that are affected by the city and are relatively fast.This article takes Gaofeng Village as an example to pay attention to the evolution of suburban rural residential buildings in western Yunnan since the founding of the People's Republic of China.In the first chapter,the paper analyzes the scope of the study by taking Gaofeng Village in western Yunnan as an example,and defines the specific research content.It also sorts out the research and practice of the evolution of rural residential buildings at home and abroad.Finally,the research method was determined to be a combination of literature review and field investigation.In the actual investigation,the author conducted a survey of 306 farmhouses in Gaofeng Village.Among them,154 households conducted questionnaire surveys,91 surveyed and surveyed,and 12 households with representative significance were designed for subsequent renovation.The second chapter mainly introduces the evolution of suburban rural and rural residential buildings in western Yunnan.Through the changes of the housing base and household registration system in the past 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the improvement of rural economic conditions,the development of suburban rural society,and building materials.With the analysis of the specific influence of the renovation of building structure and energy structure and equipment on the evolution of rural residential buildings,the basic clues of the evolution of rural residential buildings are drawn from a macro perspective.At the same time,according to the changes of building materials,structure and form,the evolution of farm buildings in Gaofeng Village is divided into two main stages,and the characteristics of rural residential buildings in each stage are longitudinally combed and compared.The evolution of rural residential buildings is delayed by economic and social changes.Specific to Gaofeng Village,the stable evolution of residential buildings ended in the early 1980 s after the reform and opening up,and the transition period began.This radical change continues to this day and has not yet been finalized.The third chapter,combined with field research,provides an in-depth introduction and analysis of the rural housing cases in the rural residential building in Gaofeng Village,Rongchang District.It sorts out the functional composition,morphological characteristics of the rural residential buildings,the basic characteristics of each functional house and the specific conditions of the construction methods.It is concluded that the farmhouses in this period concentrated on the farmers' original and simple construction concepts.Due to the constraints of economic conditions and the backwardness of farmers' concept,the self-construction process of rural houses in this period continued the tradition,and the development was slow and lacked transformational changes.There was a lack of design and planning in the early stage of construction.After completion,there were many shortcomings in terms of function and area allocation.However,the overall development towards the needs of farmers' production and life needs.The fourth chapter continues to introduce and analyze the transitional farm buildings from a micro perspective.In the early stage,external stimuli caused a sudden change in the evolution of rural houses built by farmers through self-built models accumulated by traditional experience,but they still did not completely overcome the construction defects brought about by the traditional self-built model.In the middle and late period,the farmers continued their construction activities through the self-built model accumulated by experience.The development process was slow and stable.Although compared with the traditional rural housing,the new residential buildings in this period have made great progress in many aspects,but the level of economic development is still an important factor influencing the development of rural housing.The fifth chapter analyzes the traditional period and transition period of rural residential buildings in Gaofeng Village from a macro perspective,and summarizes the stability factors and changes in the evolution process.Analyze and summarize the basic characteristics of the farmhouses at each stage and the problems existing at that time,and explore the social and economic reasons for their formation.From this,we have extracted the architectural elements that have changed and remained unchanged in the development of farm buildings in the past seventy years since the founding of the People's Republic of China.The long-term self-construction model of farmers has caused widespread defects in farm buildings.Secondly,the characteristics of the land area of the rural residential areas have gradually disappeared,and the national policies have not been implemented in the rural areas.These existing defects require the attention of the construction industry practitioners and the government and relevant departments to respond accordingly.In the sixth chapter,based on the relevant practitioners in the construction industry,based on the evolution law of suburban rural residential buildings,the author puts forward the development goals of suburban rural residential buildings in the west of Fujian Province and puts forward corresponding situations with practical cases.Specific implementation measures,trying to provide a reference for future rural residential building design.
