Planning and construction of city fire station is an important work to improve the ability of urban fire prevention and control.With the development of the national economy and the expansion of the city scale,the occurrence rate of all kinds of fire showed a rising trend.How to make the rescue force the first to reach the scene of the problem to be solved.This paper is based on the Guangzhou Tianhe District 2011-2015 rescue and fire data on the layout problems of Guangzhou city fire station in Tianhe District city fire station planning,situation analysis,to put forward the construction of "standard" city fire station 5 minutes fire and fire area of responsibility principle in 4-7 square kilometers,with the Tianhe District regional fire risk index method,discrete location model based on the establishment of the Tianhe District fire station layout optimization model,according to the calculation results of the proposed optimization scheme,the fire station area of responsibility of the risk assessment index in reasonable range,and the optimal location scheme based on the principle of determining the location,provide a reference for the optimization of fire station layout.This paper mainly related undertaken the following work:(1)The on-site investigation in Guangzhou City,Tianhe District fire station layout problem,quantitative analysis and test of the number and layout of the fire station area of responsibility area,fire police response time of the basic situation of the region,and sums up the existing fire station layout problem,put forward the necessity of the optimization of fire station layout planning area,inspection methods and optimization results provide reference data for the fire station layout optimization.(2)The number of 2011-2015,within the time limit of Guangzhou City,Tianhe District fire fire types and distribution of the geographical position,the fire time distribution,the fire characteristics were summarized and analyzed,the construction of regional fire risk assessment theory system,network construction risk analysis of Tianhe District,carry on the appraisal to the Tianhe District region the risk and risk status of the fire station area of responsibility.(3)According to the fire station layout dispersion characteristics,and the fire truck driving time limit conditions,through the analysis of the influence of the three most important factors for fire station layout: time constraints T responsibility area factors of S and R in the fire risk factors under the condition of limited relationship.And the layout of fire stations and fire truck traffic situation of discrete location model,considering the regional risk,using the shortest path matrix model and the maximum coverage model,location of fire station location and the required minimum number,in order to build a regional fire risk analysis of the discrete location fire station layout optimization model based on.(4)By taking Tianhe District as the research object,on the layout optimization of fire station were calculated and optimized the layout of fire station,fire station and based on the quantity,coverage,average travel time,optimize the risk responsibility area are calculated,the results are better than before optimization data validation the effectiveness of the optimization model.
