The Research Of Computer Aided Designing Method Based On Ergonomics

Nowadays, with the development of science and technology, techniques such as Computer Aid Design, Computer Aid Manufacturing, Computer Aid Education and Finite Element analyses etc. have played a more important role in modem designing and manufacturing and the research on Ergonomics has also been more and more mature. However, it is well-known that the theory of Ergonomics has not been applied completely in the producing process, and it is a scotoma for designers especially in domestic to design products that don't perfectly match to the Ergonomics theory combining with Computer Aid Design but aiming at the concrete case. In this thesis, a research to this problem was launched.In this thesis, a human body database according to the existing data of human body of our country was built up. With CATIA, one of the most advanced computer aid design software in the world, we built up a standard 3D numerical human body modeling of Chinese characteristic and some special crowd model successfully by using the parameter designing method. Then on the basis of them, a computer aid design method which taking the figure of human body model as the drive of the 3D space disposal was also put forward, and the system can automatically compute the comparative position of equipment in peculiar environment once human body dimensions have some changes by this method. In the end of the thesis, the space disposal of the automobile chair in the car compartment was analyzed for case, which is using Ergonomics to verify the utility and accuracy of this design method. Then the combination of Computer Aid Design and Ergonomics was realized.
