The Differentiated Exploration Of Western Chongqing Distribution Standardization Demonstration Area Construction

Distribution network standardized demonstration area is the standardized practice of rural area distribution planning and construction.It will strongly support distribution operation management and service standardization.During the process of implementation at western Chongqing hilly area,it is affected by complicated geographic environment,rich vegetation and scattered residential,seasonal power usage surge etc.Hence,it is necessary to conduct the research of distribution network standardized demonstration area(region).According to Western Chongqing's geographic environment and climate features,this research will combine theories and practices,analyzing distribution network development in this area,issues occurs during the daily operation &maintenance and the achievements reached during the demonstration area construction,to choose the distribution network construction typical design proposal and differentiated design.It also adopts the current experiences of construction and daily operation,combines the basic evaluation theories and studied the deficiency if typical design standards.This research affirms it is necessary to select the typical design proposal and differentiated modification during the implementation process of western Chongqing standardization construction and typical design.Install malfunction indicators and select amorphous alloy transformer to improve reliability,install hollow coil,surge protector and double side lightening arrestor to prevent lightening damage.Use insulated conductors,promote three level leakage protector and enhance installation quality in order to avoid human injury.By adopting above-mentioned methods that can suit the demand of western Chongqing rural area distribution network differentiated design proposal and eventually provide strong support to western Chongqing rural area standerdized distribution network construction.Based on researches and practices,two projects built by HeChuan branch of SGCC separately won ‘Top 100 Projects of Rural Area Distribution Network' of the year which were a distribution network standardized demonstration area completed in 2015 and a 10 kV distribution line completed in 2016.the research of construction had accquried geat results in practice.
