Research On Interface Methods And Interface Management Of SI System Housing

Residence is the basic of people's life,is an essential part of national economy development,the sustainability of construction has a great influence on the saving of source and the protection of environment.There are many problems exist in construction industry,such as high energy consumption,short service life,and the inconvenience of maintenance.It is urgently needed to update the way of construction and the building system.To solve these problems,SI housing system had been introduced in China since 2006.SI system housing involves many participants,need have requirement of profession,and creates large amounts of information,but these situation can't be effectively handled due to the fact that,the integrated industrial chain have not been built,the different stages in the building project is still discontinue.There exists a lot of physical interfaces between each components and between prefabrication products and cast-in-site products.Meanwhile,because of the low integration of every construction stages,there are many organization interfaces.In order to clarify the interfaces in SI housing system,find out the reason of interface problems,to choose the best way of interface management,this paper discuss the interface problems from two perspectives physical interfaces and organizational interfaces.For physical interfaces,firstly analyzes the composition of SI system housing,find out the most suitable rules for SI system housing based on modular coordination.Then analyzes the important of standardization in SI system housing,and the way to realize standardization in physical interface management.Finally,classifies the physical interfaces classification.For organizational interfaces,use WBS method,breakdown the SI system housing from two perspectives: production and activities,in this way,organizational interfaces can be find out.Then,target on these organizational interfaces,put forward to two-phases design method,organizational interfaces standardization and integration of industry system,use these methods solve the organizational problem.In the end,discuss the application of building information modeling technology of interface management.
